students hosted the first sister city youth exchange in Oregon public
schools. She has worked on various sister city exchanges: medical,
educational, governmental, business, humanitarian, environmental,

the University of Oregon Mathematics Department since 1957. His
interest in the activities of the Eugene - Irkutsk Sister City
Committee started in 1989 as Chairman of the Exchange Committee. He and

delegation to Eugene from Irkutsk.
